Featured Speaker: Joe Paschall, PMI Incoming Region Mentor for Region 14

nLogic Vice President, Joe Paschall, has recently been named as the Project Management Institute (PMI) incoming Region Mentor for Region 14. He will shadow the current Region Mentor for 2016 and then take over the role fully in 2017-2018.  As Region Mentor, he will mentor the Chapter Presidents and Board Members of the 24 chapters in the region consisting of 15,000 members in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, Tennessee, Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago. He will work closely with Chapter Presidents to ensure their strategic plans are aligned with the PMI Global strategy and mission, and will represent Region 14 interests at the Annual PMI Global Leadership Conference.  He will also bear responsibility for planning, organizing & leading the annual Region 14 Conference each Spring in coordination with the hosting chapter. 

Joe is the Past President of the PMI North Alabama Chapter and has over twenty-six years of experience in Enterprise Leadership, Program Management and Business Development.

 Region Mentors (RM) work with PMI Chapter Development Department staff in support of PMI Chapters around the globe. They provide advice, guidance and leadership to PMI chapter leaders to develop their leadership capabilities and ensure member value delivery to build strong local chapters. Region Mentors act as a resource and indispensable partner with PMI staff (Chapter Partners) regarding programs, policies and procedures that enable and focus chapters on operational success.  RMs represents the interests of PMI chapter leaders to PMI global chapter staff in the areas of program implementations, volunteer professional development and continuous chapter value delivery. RMs are expected to maintain a balanced perspective between the needs of PMI and the global chapter leaders in consideration of the PMI strategic plan and overall vision of membership growth and service.
