John Braswell has been a Project Manager for the Army for the past eight years. He has been able to work with teams conducting aerospace research and development, process improvement, and modeling and simulation verification and validation. During that time he also completed a Master's and PhD in Engineering Management to supplement OJT.  His experience, training, and graduate research has given him a comprehensive view of human capital development issues and novel approaches to development.
