PMI-NAC Online Programs_Plan and Execute Technical Cloud Projects
PMI-NAC Online Programs
This session will discuss how to plan and execute technical cloud projects with agile, considering the impact that Covid-19 has brought with the hybrid working environment of today, and the necessary knowledge and skills project managers need as part of this. As part of this, risk assessment and management within these cloud projects will be discussed, particularly on how the risk management process can be integrated as part of the processes undertaken by the project team and how to create and use an appropriate risk management framework and plan as part of handling the projects. As project managers come from both traditional and agile styles of project management, the session will also touch on how to get the best out of both styles within these projects. The session will also be complemented with a case study showcasing how to implement best practices within project management in cloud projects and common pitfalls that may come up as well as how to avoid them.
