Robbie Laney will tell us about the evolution of Project Management at Magnolia River over the last 20 years – from a company of 5 employees to one now of 700 employees.  He will discuss attempts at improving the project management discipline at the business unit level why they eventually decided to stand up a “Lite” version of a PMO.  We will candidly discuss successes and failures along the way – both in systems and in people leadership along the way.  We will end with a discussion on the current state and what is next for the group.  Robbie's bio is attached, below.
