Facility Security Officer (FSO) for Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3)

Ms. Berette Smith is the Facility Security Officer for i3 and responsible for oversight of i3’s security program to ensure compliance with all Department of Defense regulations.  She is also responsible for the safeguarding of all classified information and the security of i3’s on-site Closed Area.  Berette works closely with outside agencies including Counterintelligence Special Agents from the Defense Security Service and FBI.

Berette has a degree in Counter-Terrorism, is IOSS OPSEC Level II Certified, holds a Security Professional Certification from the Department of Defense, serves as Chair for the NCMS Insider Threat Special Committee, is a member of the Redstone Arsenal OPSEC Committee, and is a member of the Advisory Board for Calhoun Community College School for Criminal Justice & Security.
