Objectives

Program/Project managers face numerous challenges to effectively balancing cost, schedule. Performance and risk.

Cybersecurity is a key component of both system and programs that PMs must pay attention.

From a Department of Defense perspective, Cybersecurity is a major component that PMs must manage.

This one hour facilitate discuss will "tee up" several key considerations that PMs should consider when running their programs.

While the primary focus of this discussion will be from a DoD PM perspective, the overarching issues apply to non-DOD programs as well.
